Giggles

Sara was getting a kick out of the boys today while we were playing outside.  It's so cute to hear her giggle at them.

8 Months

As usual I am behind with this but our miss Sara is now 8 months old.  Crazy!!  I can't believe in just a few short months she is going to be a year.  Time is going by waaaaayyy too quickly.    Here's an update on how Sara's doing!

Eating and Sleeping....

Sara is a GREAT eater.  She pretty much will eat anything I give her and gets angry if I don't get it to her fast enough.  She has also graduated onto finger foods already and enjoys eating muffins, cheese, cheerios and even a little pizza.  :-)

She is also a great sleeper between her two hour naps and 11 hours at night, we can't complain!  And the best part is that we just put her in her crib and she goes to sleep on her own.  Unlike the boys, there is no hand holding...laying on the floor until she falls asleep...rocking to sleep.  Granted some of it probably has to do with the fact that we really don't have time to do that but I also think its her easy going nature that has a lot to do with it too.

Hair style.....

Sara has some unruly hair at times.  Especially when its hot and humid.  Not sure where she is getting all these curls from but we are using lots of hair clips these days to try to control the curl.  Stay tuned for some pigtails in the near future.  :-)

I'm having so much fun spending time with Sara now that I am not working.  It's only been about 2 months but I can't even remember working or even imagine having to go to work now.   We've been doing lots of funny girly stuff already like shopping.....

And even getting our nails done!


Play Time.....
Sara loves sitting on the floor with her toys and playing with Will and Jack.  While Will plays nicely with her and make sure the toys are close so she can reach,  Jack tends to take all her toys away from her and scatter them around them room and then giggle because he knows he's being a monkey.  

Sara also has a few friends already who were born around the same time she was.  Here she is with her friend Reid who is three weeks older than her.  Reid likes to steal Sara's toys....

But Sara doesn't let him get away with it. That's my girl!

God Bless Sara

We celebrated Sara's christening at St. Mary's Parish this past weekend. We couldn't have asked for more beautiful weather to celebrate the day.  It meant a lot to us to have Jeff and Martha there as Sara's godparents as well as both of our parents, and of course the boys!  Here are a few pictures from the day.

Jack wanted nothing to do with pictures.  This was the best I could do.  What a stinker!
