Outtakes

In order to get a picture where all three kids are looking at the camera and smiling, I usually have to take about a kazillion shots in the hopes that I get that one good one.  Thankfully with digital cameras, you can take as many pictures as you want and then delete all the bad ones.  While we were in California, I took a picture of the kids which is now one of my all time favorite photos.  However, it took a lot of yelling and a million takes to get this photo.......

 

 

As I was looking through all the pictures I took, I thought I'd share some of the funnier out takes that didn't quite make the cut.

Last Day of Kindergarten!

School is officially done for the summer!  Will graduated from kindergarten and is moving onto 1st grade! How quickly 9 months flew by.

Kindergarten Memory Show

I can't believe Will's last day of school is tomorrow.  This year has flown by!  Now my baby is going to be a big first grader.  The kindergarten class put on a memory show for all the parents today.  It was so cute watching them sing and speak in front of all the parents. 

  

Here is the entire group.  The classes were split up so this is only 3 of the 6 classrooms.  Can you spot Will??  He is in the front row wearing the reddish colorshirt.

Will had a speaking part in the show.  He did awesome!  Cool, calm and collected.

 

Here was one of the songs that his class sang.  Excuse the shaking at the beginning.  Sara was pulling on my arm.

Afterwards we enjoyed a celebratory party in Will's classroom. 

Here was Will on his first day of school in front of his cubby.  Eager to meet new friends and learn new things.

And here is Will on his second to last day of school.  Older, wiser and ready to move onto 1st grade! 

Happy Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to the best dad and husband a family could ask for!  Will, Jack and Sara are lucky to have such a loving, involved, patient, caring and fun dad!  I couldn't ask for a better partner in crime. We love you!

Last Day of School

Jack's last day of school was May 30th.  It's hard to believe an entire year went by already.  I remember back to his first day being worried how he would do and whether he would like his new school.....  

Fast forward 9 months and he LOVES school, his new friends and his teachers.

Jack had a great class this year.  He met his best bud Gavin who are inseparable at school.
