Eric and I haven't been pushing or even talking about hockey to the boys for fear we will end up sitting in a cold hockey rink at 6am for practice. We made it to the age of 5 1/2 without Will asking much about it. However, he was introduced to the world of street hockey by one of his neighborhood friends and he immediately came home asking for hockey sticks for Christmas. Since that was pretty much the only thing on his list aside from a couple other things, Santa had no choice but to bring the boys hockey sticks for Christmas. They have been dying to use them so Eric brought the boys skating at a pond in town. We weren't quite sure how it was going to go seeing that neither really knew how to skate. But I guess when you put them on ice, with the peer pressure of your friends skating around you, you don't have a choice but figure out how to skate.
Jack was too funny speeding around pushing his bucket. And Will looked like he had been playing hockey for a while! Check out the boys skating.
