As usual, I'm getting a little behind with things. The holiday's really threw me off and I've had a few cookie orders that have taken up a lot of my time. In the meantime, Sara has been growing like a weed and is hitting all of her milestones on time, if not earlier in some cases. Of course I think she is advanced in everything she does but I am biased. Sara and I have gotten to spend a lot of time together and I must say that I am really enjoying being home with her (and the boys). I look forward to when she wakes up each morning so I can give her a big kiss and see her smile at her brothers come in to say good morning.
At three months...
- Sara can hold he head up on all her own. She is even strong enough to sit in her bumbo seat now.
- She is beginning to grab at things and enjoys laying on her playmat trying to grab the toys above her.
- Sara LOVES bath time especially since we got a new seat that we can put right into the bathtub. She takes a bath with the boys and loves to watch them as she kicks in the water. It's a little tight in the tub with 3 kiddos but they don't seem to mind!
- Sara wants to be held facing out to see what is going on around her.
- Sara has found her hands and loves to put them in her mouth.
- She is a pretty good sleeper and usually goes to sleep around 8am and gets up once, sometimes twice in the middle of the night. We've got our routine down pretty good though that she is up for maybe 15 minutes and then back to bed.
- Sara loves to smile and has the sweetest toothless grin. She has the tendancy to get angry if we don't give her enough attention or haven't talked to her in a while. She makes it well known that she is annoyed and the second we stop and start talking to her, she is all smiles.
- She still has blue eyes!!
Sitting in the bumbo seat.
Bath time!
Ooohh...I wonder who's foot that is.
Sara and her friend Reid who was born exactly 3 weeks before her.
